What is your standard turnaround time?

5-7 days upon approval of artwork

Are there setup fees?

No setup charges or film charges.  One flat price.

What is your minimum order?

Standard printing  24 pieces per design.
4 Color Process (CMYK) minimum 48 total pieces per design.

Custom rhinestones minimum 50

What art file types do you need to supply for printing?

Vector art files are always best. .AI, .EPS, .PDF are most preferred.
We also accept .psd, .jpeg and .tiff.
Make sure all non-vector (pixel) files are at least 300dpi.
All font layers are rasterized or converted to outlines.
Please make the image the exact size you want it printed.

Can I use PMS / Pantone Colors?

Yes, we offer PMS/Pantone color matching.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes at no CHARGE.  We offer custom designs based on your ideas or themes. Step 1: send any graphics files, design ideas and concept.  Step 2: We will provide a proof

What is your standard print area?

Our standard print is 11″ wide by 13″ tall  .  We can print sizes up to 11” x 17”
Please keep in mind that artwork must be sized to fit on the smallest garment size in your order.

Can I mix and match shirt colors and sizes?

Absolutely! We can print as many of each specific size and color as you need.

Can I supply my own shirts?

Yes, however, Motivated Print is not responsible for any torn or stained shirts you provide.  Order 1 extra shirt for each size.

What payment options are available?

We accept payments via credit or debit card.  We only accept checks from schools and other non-profit institutions.

Cash is accepted for local pickup orders.

When is payment due?

Payment is due once artwork has been finalized and the order is ready to go to print.

Do you provide shipping ?

FREE SHIPPING Orders are shipped via UPS nationwide. We cover shipping costs for you!
